My thoughts excatly. 

I’m sad and disappointed, but I don’t show it to Him. So I smile and tell him that it’s okay that we won’t see each other like we had planned. Even when my bed feels the loneliest place on earth, I smile to Him.  I smile because He doesn’t need any extra burden or guilt in his life right now. I smile because I know I will manage, no matter how long the distance. I smile because I love Him so much it hurts.
